The Advanced Power Semiconductor Laboratory (APS) belongs to the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZurich).

The research focus of the APS lies on power semiconductors and their modules, improving the devices necessary for power electronics.
